About
Trim carpenter. Building a residential general contracting company with my business partner.
I grew up in my dad's woodworking shop, on jobs with him from a young age and working for him full time right out of high school. I spent my early twenties with an Amish trim outfit — custom cabinets through high-end custom homes. If it was interior carpentry, we did it. After that, large commercial: pharmaceutical and industrial installation. Running my own company is where it changed. I got completely obsessed with the business side of it — how it actually works, and how to get AI doing the parts of it that were eating up my week. I'm not an internet guru. I've lived in this for well over a decade.

No. If you can text a customer, you can direct this. That's most of what the ninety minutes proves.
If you quote jobs and chase people for answers, yes.
No. One person's job gets used for the build. If you want it to be yours, say so. Otherwise just watch.
